Primary & Secondary School Education Programmes
Limerick Animal Welfare hosts about 50 school and sanctuary educational visits every year. Through our education programme we to encourage young people to respect and care for animals and become responsible pet owners.
LET US COME TO YOU!
Through our well established education programme, a LAW volunteer will visit your school to deliver an exciting presentation about LAW and the work we do. This is your chance to ask a LAW volunteer about their work and the work of the organisation. Usually our education officer dog, Bertie, comes along too!
ORGANISE A DAY OUT!
Interested in animal welfare? Do you think your classmates would enjoy and benefit from learning about animal welfare and seeing the day to day work of an animal rescue? Why not organise a school visit where students can come and meet the staff and resident animals.
